Taking a walk daily, helps your body stay active, sometimes you can dump the lift and use the stairs. If your work-place is closer to your home, live your car at home and walk to work. forget about the bus or taxi and make use of your feet.

Meditation is a powerful tool, so use it wisely. Focus your mind on the goal ahead, Healthy Lifestyle is achievable but you need a clear and calm state of mind to embark on it.
