Nutritious Smoothies And Fruit Juice



Because these nutritious smoothies and fruit juice are delicious, I’m sharing them with you. They are necessary for our health and aid at the start of your day. The ingredients are high in nutrients for a healthy lifestyle.

Below Are Few Nutritious Smoothies

■ Watermelon And Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups seedless watermelon 
  • 1 cup whole strawberries 
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach or other leafy green
  • Add chia seeds and ginger 
  • Add 2 tomatoes (optional)
  • Half cup of plain or probiotic yogurt

Direction

  • Wash your fruits clean and blend.

■ Watermelon and Apple Smoothie

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups seedless watermelon 
  • 1 apple 
  • 1 pear 
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach or other leafy green
  • Add chia seeds and ginger 
  • Half cup of plain or probiotic yogurt

Direction

  • Wash, clean, and core your apple and blend.

■ Papaya and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

Direction

  • Wash and blend until smooth.
  • You can refrigerate and serve chilled.

Mango And Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup plain or probiotic yogurt

Direction

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend. 
  • If you like it sweeter, add some dates.

Pineapple And Orange Juice

Ingredients 

5 Oranges washed & Peeled

1 queen Pineapple washed & peeled

Directions

  • Extract the juice from the pineapple with a juicer followed by oranges. 
  • With a funnel, fill a 2L bottle.
  • Chill and enjoy

Blueberries And Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Half cup of blueberries( fresh or frozen)
  • 2 ripe banana
  • some slices of mango
  • 1 tablespoon of flax-seed
  • Half cup plain or probiotic yogurt

Direction

  • Blend until smooth and enjoy.

Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • A handful of spinach or any other greens
  • Some slices of cucumber
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 banana for sweetness (optional)

Direction

  • Wash and blend all ingredients until smooth.
